Description:

Alicia’s Guest House attracts mostly business travelers but
vacationing couples and families also take advantage of this
house that is only minutes from the downtown Capitol of Port
of Spain. This would be an ideal location during Carnival
since Queen’s Park Savannah is within walking distance of
Alicia’s House.

This converted two-story home has just that, a "homey"
atmosphere. Near the entry way are two large rooms; one,
where guests watch TV, read the paper or just lounge around
and the second room where meals that were ordered the
previous day are served family style.

Rooms are very basic and reasonable in price. Each bedroom
has a ceiling fan, a full bath along with a bidet, an
air-conditioner, a phone, and a refrigerator. Outside in
the courtyard, guests will find a pool, whirlpool and lovely
patio with flowering plants everywhere. Alicia’s does not
have access to a beach nor does it provide free
transportation to one.

A variety of tour and excursion packages to the lush
mountains, marshlands, waterfalls, botanical gardens and
wildlife reserves are all available from the attentive
receptionists.

If you are looking for a quiet homestyle place to relax or
an inexpensive room close to the city, Alicia's is the place for you.
